In clear and pleasant surroundings at our 750-m² large production works in Corgémont (Switzerland), 16 employees are available at your service. Thanks to the newest technology and sound technical knowledge, we are able to rise to any challenge. 
Know-how, efficiency and a controlled working process with a three-dimensional suspended system and a total of 52 baths of between 1000 and 3000 litres, allow us to smoothly process every order. We are thereby able to free you from any kind of "galvanising" problem. 
From the very beginning of our activities, we took the necessary measures to completely protect the environment with our highly modern and fully automatic wastewater plant. 


The Quality Assurance 

In order to meet the high expectations of our clients, we have developed a quality assurance system that allows us to guarantee for every order. The principal item of this system is a Fischerscope X-RAY 1600. With this, we are able to measure the deposit thickness at a specific point very accurately and thus meet your exact requirements.
A visual inspection for each series is carried out with SQL (in German- Sicherung Qualität Lieferung - Assurance Quality Delivery). The criteria are defined with you and our Quality Department. 


The Service

Our versatile production, ranging from mechanical plug-in parts to watch and jewellery components, challenges us daily. It is our objective, through constructive discussions with our clients, to always find the appropriate solution. Thanks to this outlook and our flexibility, we are known on the international market as a trustworthy and future-orientated company.

The Products

White-Chromium-Coat BRIGHT-HARD using the barrel process.
This new and economic process allows us to deposit white chromium using the barrel process. For hardware from 0,5 to 400mm in length and 1-7mm in diameter. 
The hardness of 1150 Vickers, a deposit of 0,2 to 0,5 µ on a lower layer of CROMINOX or Nickel considerably increases the quality relating to the corrosion protection.

Black-Chromium-Coat 
Bright or matt Black-Chromium-Coat with a hardness of 400 Vickers, the deposit thickness varies from 2 to 6 µ.
This Black-Chromium-Coat is deposited using plating racks directly onto stainless steel or onto a lower layer of copper or CROMINOX. A specialised organic production method can also be offered.

CROMINOX-Coat 
The CROMINOX-Coat avoids nickel allergies and fulfils the N34 standard of the Danish tests and has the appearance of stainless steel 316 and 316L.
The hardness of the deposit is 600 Vickers, the thickness can be from 1 to 10µ and can be white or black-chrome plated, gold- or silver-plated, etc. 
CROMINOX is deposited using plating racks or in barrels. It can be applied to brass or copper. CROMINOX is a very good protection against corrosion and its colour makes CROMINOX a very attractive decorative application.

NIQUAL-Coat
Very bright nickel deposit, without internal stress, very good adhesion to brass, copper and copper alloys.
Its hardness: 400 Vickers. It is deposited from 0,5 to 15µ using the barrel process. The deposit can be burnished or matt. 

AMANI-Coat
This is a non-magnetic nickel alloy plating, which is very solderable. AMANI demonstrates better protection than nickel in moist or sulphurous surroundings and is also very resistant against oxidation. 
The alloy plating has a hardness of 700 Vickers, can be processed in drums or plating racks. A coat of 1 to 5µ is deposited directly onto brass, copper and copper alloys or nickel.
