The Swiss Foundation for Research in Microtechnology (FSRM) was set up in 1978 on the initiative of the Swiss Confederation, eleven cantons and a number of local authorities, professional associations and companies, with the aim of promoting microtechnology and its applications. Since the end of the 80s
FSRM has been engaged in developing its services in the field of training and the provision of support to scientific cooperation projects.
Today, the Foundation works with a vast network of partners and offers, besides its training programmes, a wide range of services focused on support for dissemination of research results, cooperation and technology
